Rotary sheet-fed converting machine

Schober will introduce the advanced Rotary Sheet Fed Converting Machine – SHEETLINE ® SL 106 during Drupa in Hall 11, Booth C06.  Distinctive features of this machine are the converting station equipped with  vacuum controlled rotary tools and the new and unique gripper sheet guiding system ensuring high-precision finishing of pre-printed sheets. The products are separated from the matrix immediately after the cutting process and redirected to a stacker by a conveyor belt.  Proven product stackers such as the M-Stack, Star-Stack or V-Stack (stacking using robotics) are available options. Magnetic dies guarantee the shortest set-up time as well as the highest productivity, also for short runs.

The cornerstone for this development are many years of experience at Schober GmbH, continuous advancement in the development and production of high performance rotary cutting machines, scoring and punching modules as well as folding carton converting systems and perfecting the product handling technology.

The sheet line is designed for a sheet size of 42 x 30 inches (106 x 76 cm) and a film thickness starting at 50ì. High functionality and availability, flexibility and accuracy are the characteristics of this high performance production machine.
