New Schober Rotary Die Cutting Technology Features Automated Delivery for In-Mold Labeling Systems

Schober expands their popular and well-established RSM line of off-line rotary die-cutting modules with the SMA delivery system.  Proven RSM technology allows die-cutting of intricate shaped film IML labels at high production speeds.  The SMA star wheel delivery system then transports the die-cut labels of virtually any size and complexity - even challenging 5-panel versions – and stacks them securely.  Stacked labels can be removed manually or automatically for further off-line processing and packaging. 

With available widths from 260mm (10 Ľ in) to 550mm (21.65 in), the heavy-duty RSM die-cutting technology is available for short, medium and long production runs.  The unique SMA automated delivery system is ideal for medium to long production  runs – especially on 5-panel labels commonly used for consumer products – including those packaged in "tubs."

Polyart IML 130 & Polyart IML 130C

Arjobex uses a unique manufacturing process to ensure the production of a simultaneously biax-oriented and cavitated film specially designed for Blow Molders and for In-Mold Label printers.

Printers:

IML 130C :  coated film designed for conventional offset. No special plastic inks required to ensure reliable fast drying. Recommended for high print quality, sharp color, eye-catching labels.

IML 130 : uncoated grade, compatible with UV offset (sheets & reels); UV flexo, letter-press, gravure.

IML 130 & 130C  :

·        static free

·        good stiffness

Blow Molders:

Polyart is the only simultaneously biax-oriented HDPE film designed to have the same shrink ratio as most HDPE and PP blown bottles.
